1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using Simplify Build-a-Box (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Simplify Build-a-Box is a Shopify application that enables store owners to create product bundles. The App allows you to configure mix-and-match bundle pages where customers can select products, apply tiered pricing, and check out seamlessly.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • The App offers a free plan with limited functionality.
  • Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin.
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify's App Store policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use the App in a way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Robert Mardall and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
